1. Automation
If a task is repetitive, the correct question is not: "Who should do this?"
The correct question is: "Why is this not automated?"
2. Documentation
AI works much better in documented environments than in chaotic environments.
Teams that document processes, decisions, and workflows will multiply their productivity with AI.
3. Tool Thinking
Teams should not think: "I need to do this task."
They should think: "I need a system that does this task."
4. Clear Thinking
AI produces a lot of content, text, code, and analysis. The value of humans will be the ability to decide:
- What matters
- What does not matter
- What is correct
- What is wrong
- What should be done
- What should be ignored
5. Responsibility
When AI produces output, someone must still be responsible for the decision.
Responsibility cannot be automated.
The Cultural Shift
The best teams in the next years will not be the teams that work harder.
They will be the teams that:
- Automate more
- Decide better
- Communicate clearly
- Document everything
- Improve systems continuously
